Every personal information, or other information directly or indirectly connectable to a determined user, will be collected and used in compliance with the law n°196/2003 (personal data protection). In conformity with the art. 13 of the law, Carletti Catering informs about the followings: every personal information will be collected and used by Carletti Catering for: (i) aims connected to the service; (ii) statistical researches. The registration of personal data is optional. If the user does not intend to give his personal data (or part of them) according to the above mentioned aims (point (i)) Carletti Catering will be unable to supply the requested service. If only unnecessary data are missing, the service will be supplied. Some of the transferred data can be given by Carletti Catering to a third part – also connected to the service supply – but only for the above mentioned use (point (i)). In compliance with the art. 7 of the law, the user has the right to ask for an acknowledgment of his personal data; at the same time he can be informed about origin and use of his personal data, and the customer can ask for the cancellation or the arrest of these data, in case of breach of the law. He can also change or update them; he can oppose in every moment the treatment of his data, if oriented to marketing researches. You can ask for the list of persons in charge of data treatment by Carletti Catering anytime. If you agree to these conditions, you will authorise Carletti Catering to collect, communicate and transfer your personal data to other persons, just for the above mentioned aims.
