The firm was founded in 1989, with the opening of the first shop in via Lungonera Savoia 34/36, betting on the high quality of our products and on our professional staff.
In 1996, after 7 years of successes, a new shop is opened in Via Ippocrate 51/53, together with a new workroom, in order to renovate the old shop, with a new tea room for the customers’ needs (birthday parties, christenings, graduation parties and so on).

In 1999 the firm sets on a new journey: catering & banqueting, under the management of the son Simone.
This new department follows the success of the pastry shop, and it soon becomes independent.
Lead equipment, authenticity of raw materials, and a professional staff contribute to make this business grow.
